Sucralose, CAS# 56038-13-2, is a artificial sweetener manufactured through chemical synthesis, available as WHITE CRYSTALLINE POWDER. Sucralose is widely used as sweetener as it is about 320 to 1,000 times as sweet as sucrose. It is widely accepted as safe food additive in many countries with E number E955.
